After more than 30 years of helping people buy and sell homes in Westchester County, particularly in the Hudson River towns, I must admit that I have become quite an expert in getting it done well and I’m proud of my tremendous knowledge and expertise in the area that I love so dearly. I’ve also loved my clients very dearly and they have become, for the most part, my extended family. I think of Real Estate as a mission to help people live their best lives where they want to live them and it is a joy when I make it happen for them. Recently I was surprised thrilled, and extremely honored to be named a FIVE STAR LEGEND and I will be deemed so in the October issue of Fortune Magazine. Fortunately, in my constant effort to learn all I can to become the very best I can be, I can now say that 90-95% of my business comes either by referral or from repeat clients. My guiding principle in the way I live my life, both in business and personally, is to always follow the Golden Rule no matter what. The relationship I have with my clients is far more important than any transaction could ever be and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I should add that I’m extremely proud that in 2007 (yikes! that’s 17 years ago), four experienced, talented, and highly respected agents and I partnered to create the most perfect and unique real estate company possible and, thus. Legends Realty Group was formed with just the five us. Today, we have evolved into a company with five offices with over 100 agents and “Legends Realty Group” has joined the Corcoran Group, one of the world’s most well-known and respected real estate brands, so we are now extremely proud to have become CORCORAN LEGENDS REALTY! I’m also immensely happy that we are consistently ranked among the TOP TEN producing real estate companies in Westchester County.
