With over twenty plus years of Manhattan based corporate sales Marsi is a talented negotiator. Having been through four of her own corporate relocation moves, as a buyer and seller, she understands and can fulfill her client’s needs with precision.

Furthermore, Marsi’s unique analytical and detail-oriented approach helps her to foresee ISSUES before they become a problem in a real estate transaction. Combining these skills with her artistic ability to envision the potential of any property, enables her to maximize its full potential and pass that benefit to her clients and customers.
Marsi has raised her family in Armonk, New York where all three of her children attended the Byram Hills School District. She attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ where she was actively involved in Sorority Sigma Kappa fundraising functions and events. She has attended the Katonah Art Schools classes locally for the last four years where she paints, sells and shows her artwork. She continues her fundraising through various charities.
