A licensed broker since 1993, Jim is an expert facilitator in real estate transactions and a consultant on land use, permitting and property development. In addition to his oversight of several construction projects, he has served on the Town of Bedford’s Wetlands Commission as well as 10 years on the Town Board. Jim’s roots go back to the founding of Bedford in 1680 and he is always willing to give tours of the area and share interesting stories of its’ history.
Jim’s local involvement and commitment to the community is reflected in his past Vice President of Board of Realtors, past Treasurer and on the Ethics committee.Jim is also past President of Bedford Historical Society, past Chairman of Bedford Village Historic District, Board of Trustees on the Rippowam–Cisqua School, the Harvey School, Bedford Village library and served as a Director on the Westchester Land Trust and the John Jay Homestead.He was also awarded “Bedford’s Top 25 Most Influential people”.
